Andrea is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Customer Strategy Practice and focuses in retail and consumer business. She has led customer experience analytics initiatives for organizations ranging from startups to large publicly listed corporations. She has managed multi-phased assignments to help organizations develop strategies to reach enhanced revenue growth, understand the consumer path to purchase, enter into new markets and channels, re-design their eCommerce platform and transform their real estate network. Andrea is the lead on Deloitte’s Customer Engagement Index and has helped organizations prioritize investment dollars, discover white space opportunities and develop strategies to stay competitive. Most recently, Andrea has led the Cannabis Strategy and Advisory work for a number of Canadian jurisdictions and advised on governance, category management, financial modelling and the end-to-end operational requirements for the distribution and retailing of recreational cannabis.
